Both use similar font things, so I imagine that they are.
Today, I returned to my classes after some good CaHSEE testing. The sub for Mr. Wager is absolutely horrible. He won't let me and Anna go to MA, he refused to let us see a movie, made us do work even though nobody had books, didn't let us eat, and was a complete asshole every time he addressed us. I just did my math homework and copied the assignment from Angelika, but he still was on the class's case about our noise level. And we have him tomorrow, again. >:[ I'm really thinking about just ditching that class tomorrow because there's really no point in going in while we have an incompetent sub. Fourth and fifth period were uneventful. We just did a lab in Dyson's and my group's water didn't boil! D: We got close enough, though. We used the Change of Base rule of Logarithms in Algebra, but nothing particularly interesting happened.
Guess who finally passed Stick Form? ;] I screwed up and froze during the first run, but I got to go again because I was the only one testing for it. Before I started it again though, Amir was like, "Whoa, that was really good. You did the first few movements and I was like, 'Damn! This girl is actually pretty strong.'" Haha, that made my day. ^-^ It surprised me that I could create so much whooshing air all by myself. Yeah it's great not being the lowest rank blue belt anymore, but I wish I had Carlo's mad Super-Saiyan-in-Real-Life-Big-Haired-Asian skills. He passed Hwa-rang after testing only once, and he was the first one of us to pass Stick Form- only it didn't take him nearly as many times at testing. I'm gonna ask him to teach me Hwa-rang because he's by far the best at explaining hyongs to me.
Afterschool I saw Rockaela and she came up to me and Erika, saying that she wasn't gonna make it in Chamber and was basically being completely unconfident in herself. Really kids, it's not that bad. At least John Michael isn't going to be judging you- in addition to Paige. And since he's graduating, she wants to promote people into Chamber to "train them up." She figures that while having one JMB is great, a class full of Jon Dukes' is better. x] So, that's what she's shooting for. And one more year in concert isn't that bad, it's supposed to prepare you for Chamber anyway. Leann made it into Chamber, and I'm happy about that. I don't know about Mark, though, so I'll have to call him later. I wish all the prospective Chamber kids from Concert would just make it, so we could have one really intense group next year.! :D
